Terms of Service

Last updated 2 October 2026

1. Who can use the site

• The site is only for members of the Studio Empire team who hold a staff rank in the Studio Empire Roblox group. What you can do depends on your rank.
• Your access follows your rank. If your rank changes or is removed, your access changes with it.
• Use only your own Roblox account. Don't share your access, sign in for someone else, or let anyone use the site through your account.
• You must follow Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards, which also apply to your use of the site.

2. Using the tools responsibly

The site gives you real control over players' accounts and the live game. When you use it:

• use it only to run, support and moderate Studio Empire;
• act fairly and proportionately, and follow any moderation guidance the team gives you;
• give honest, accurate reasons. Every action is recorded with your name and reason, visible to other staff and posted to the staff Discord;
• only wipe, restore, edit or replace a player's data when there is a genuine need, such as a request from the player or fixing a problem;
• use announcements, maintenance mode and server shutdowns only for running the game.

3. Player information is confidential

• Treat everything you see about players (saves, moderation history, notes) as confidential. Don't copy, screenshot or share it outside the Studio Empire team, and don't use it for anything else.
• Never use the site to contact, track or single out a player for personal reasons.
• If you think player information has been exposed or misused, or you made a mistake with someone's data, tell us straight away at [email protected].

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Things you must not do

• try to get access or abilities beyond your rank, or get around the site's security;
• probe, attack, overload or disrupt the site, the game or the services they rely on;
• use bots, scripts or scraping on the site;
• use the site to harass anyone, or to give yourself or others an unfair advantage in the game.

5. Suspending or ending access

We may limit, suspend or remove your access at any time, for example if your role in the team changes or we believe these terms have been broken. Misuse may also lead to removal from the Studio Empire team, and to a report to Roblox where appropriate.

6. The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We may change it, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Check important actions before you confirm them.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
